DSS signed the agreement with the CEO of Andhra Govt’s Skilling Division.
Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh — 29 Nov 2025 — Today, Dynamic Staffing Services announced the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to collaboratively advance workforce skilling and international mobility opportunities for youth across the state.
The agreement was formally signed by Mr Dipu Ninan, Director of Sourcing at DSS, and the CEO of the Andhra Pradesh Government’s Skilling Division, marking a significant milestone in DSS’s mission to empower and connect talent with global career pathways.
Under this partnership, DSS will work closely with the state’s skilling ecosystem to design and implement industry-aligned training programs, assessment frameworks, and mobility-led employment initiatives. The collaboration aims to enhance employability, uplift local communities, and support the state’s vision of creating a future-ready workforce.
Mr Ninan played a pivotal role in structuring the partnership and aligning it with both regional development goals and global industry requirements. His strategic leadership and continued engagement with state authorities were instrumental in achieving this milestone.
Speaking on the transformative potential of this MoU, Mr Varun Khosla, Managing Director of DSS, said: “In order for India to take advantage of the opportunity to solve the global skill shortage, framework agreements must be in place for Public-Private partnerships. This is the first of its kind, where we will work with the government to provide some of the best job opportunities to people in Andhra Pradesh.

As a strategic partner in the initiative, DSS will establish multiple trade-testing centres across Andhra Pradesh, facilitating international mobility for thousands of qualified candidates annually.

The initiative will roll out in phases across Andhra Pradesh, focusing on priority sectors with high global demand. DSS and the Government of Andhra Pradesh will jointly oversee program implementation, quality standards, and employer engagement.
