Our Founder, Late Major S.P. Khosla, founded Dynamic Group after retiring from the Indian Army in 1977. His first major achievement was to represent all Recruitment Agents in India and co write the Emigration Act of 1983. Since inception, his vision remains strong towards fighting exploitation and providing fair opportunities for people wanting to work abroad. We carry that that vision as our mission today.
In his words," When I got my retirement in late 1976 from Indian Army, I was fortunate enough to start DSS, whereby I could positively touch the lives of people in helping them to get a job abroad, which actually meant not helping them alone, but also their family members, whose lives were positively impacted by one person working abroad."
