In the Express Entry draw held on 20 February, the Government of Canada has issued 3,350 invitations to apply for Canadian PR to candidates. IRCC has issued a total of 14,500 invitations to apply in 2019.
Invitations are issued according to a candidate’s Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) which is based on factors including age, education, skills, working experience, and proficiency in English or French.
