International students that want to stay in Canada on a Post-graduation work permit will now have a window of six months to apply with their notice of graduation without the need of a valid study permit. The Government of Canada announced the changes on 14 February along with some other changes in the PGWP (Post-Graduate Work Permit) programme. Before, this time window was of 90 days and now it has extended to 180 days once their school issues their final mark sheet.
