It is well known that the construction sectors in the UK has been going through a continued skill shortage and this shortage has increased the labor cost and limited the construction initiatives over the last few years. In 2018, this shortage hits its worst recorded level, it is expected that it will worsen over the coming years if a solution is not proposed for it.
The FMB (Federation of Master Builders) has concluded that the construction companies have been struggling to find skilled workforce such as bricklayers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, etc.
