HSSE Lead
Job Description:
Ability to understand the project HSE Plan, Method statement, JSA/TRA and translate the understating in to practical application at site
Undertaking filed observations, audits , Focused inspection, miscellaneous documentation verifications and daily site visits
Knowledge & Qualification:
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM statndards and HSE managment Systems
Lead the team of HSE Officer at site , do proper manaing as per the site requirement
Facilitate tool box meetings , Per task safety taks on daily basis ensuring a good quality
Ability to monitor work execution and providing guidance to ensure confomity to statuory and company regulations and adopting practices corresponding to client HSE procedure/Manual
Role & Responsibilities:
Participate in developing the JSA/TRA and ensure its implementation at site, educate site supervision and workers on JSA/TRA content.
Lead the site incident investigation team , securing the scene and collecting and evidence that will help reaching the root cause analysis
Attend daily site HSE meetings with client and address the concerns
Advanced MS Office skills(Word, Excel, And power point)
