Job Description:
- We are looking for a skilled Steel Erector Foreman to oversee and lead a team in the installation of steel structures on construction sites. The foreman will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of steel erection while coordinating with site supervisors and other trades.
Knowledge & Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Steel Erector or Foreman.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Physical fitness to work at heights and handle heavy materials.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of steel erectors in the assembly and installation of steel frameworks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with site managers and other trades to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.
