Job Description:
- To work as a Site manager at a project site.
Knowledge & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is often required.
- RTRP experience.
- GRP/GRE experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Safety regulations and industry standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all mechanical activities on-site, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Plan and schedule mechanical activities to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget utilization, and resource allocation.
