To be eligible for the FSWP program, you must be with at least one year of work experience.

If you meet the eligibility requirement of the FSWP program, you can submit your profile in the pool. Once you are in the pool, you will receive a CRS score out of 1200. If you score high, you will receive the invitation to apply (ITA).

If you plan to move to Canada as a nurse in 2023, you must-have CLB 7 in English or French in each segment to qualify for the Express Entry System. Apart from this, you need at least 67 points out of 100 based on age, qualification, work experience, adaptability, qualification, and language ability.

PNP-

PNP is the acronym for the Provincial Nominee Program. Candidates who can’t score high enough to meet the CRS can choose PNP for Canadian PR. In Canada, every province and territory has different PNP streams. Most of the PNP streams are connected with the Express Entry System. If any province finds your profile standing in line with their requirement, they may send you a nomination. If you are nominated by any province or territory, you end up getting additional 600 CRS points.

On the other hand, you can also apply directly to any PNP stream. If you get the nomination from the province or territory you chose to process with; you are obliged to work, stay, and study there only. You won’t be allowed to stay and work in any other province if you choose to apply through the direct PNP stream.
