It was reported that Alan Honein is concentrating on three hotel projects with about 400 keys spread among the three sites, which will be built in the United Arab Emirates. With anticipated opening dates in the fourth and first quarters of 2025, the first two properties in the Kingdom will be in Jeddah, offering 70–80 rooms, and in Riyadh, offering 80–100 rooms.
