UAE employers are going to expand their Asian nationals’ workforce during 2019, with an increasing number of new jobs as the salary expectations of these candidates is lower. This report is out after a survey is conducted by GulfTalent, an online recruitment firm. The survey revealed that there is going to be around 9 percent growth in UAE’s employment sector in 2019.
Among the emigrant professionals from Asia nationals that are working in the UAE and holding the same jobs are paid around 20 percent lower that Arab nationals and around 40 percent lower than Western nationals on an average. These gaps are influenced by the usual salaries paid to them in candidates’ home countries.
The fastest growing sectors are Healthcare and IT.
