Our recruitment software wraps around our recruitment process.
Job postings are placed on portals such as Naukri.com, Jobsahead.com and our own website;
the job applications for which are pulled into the recruitment engine,
parsed and presented in a user friendly format.
Our team then cleanses the large listing of resumes in the recruitment software itself
and focuses only the worthy applications. Our state of the art system allows clients
to securely access our database 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and search through potential candidates.
Clients can set up project areas and select candidates of interest associated with specific projects,
clients can also view our team’s comments on a particular candidate for quick screening.
Our database contains over 500,000 active resumes.
Our large repository of resumes allows us to instantaneously get back to our clients
with prospective candidates in the shortest possible time. As a testament to this fact,
we were recently able to staff a complex civil project with 400 people in a matter of 4 weeks
from date of first request. Further, we also maintain a record of customer feedback and
grading/performance reports on applicants who have already worked with some of our clients,
and this allows us to present only the best quality candidates to our clients.
